Louis A. DeNaples, Jr., MD is an Independent Director of FNCB Bancorp, Inc. (“Company”) and FNCB Bank since 2008. Dr. DeNaples also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of FNCB Bancorp Inc. (“Company”) and the Bank since 2013. Dr. DeNaples serves as a member of the Company’s Nominating and Governance, Risk Management and Compensation Committees. Dr. DeNaples serves on the Boards of Goodwill Industries of Northeastern Pennsylvania and Scranton Preparatory School. Dr. DeNaples practices emergency medicine at Geisinger-Community Medical Center in Scranton. Dr. DeNaples' understanding of the medical industry and considerable community and charitable involvement qualifies him to serve as a director of the Company and the Bank.
