Ms. Cummings, a resident of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, joins FNCB with nearly two decades of legal experience. She spent nine years as General Counsel for Wyoming Valley Health Care System, Inc. Prior to that, she spent nine years with Rosenn, Jenkins and Greenwald LLP, first as an Associate and later as Partner. She will serve as FNCB's in-house counsel and will provide support on general corporate matters, in addition to managing the bank's external counsel relationships.
